frequently asked questions
What are the differences between monthly, termly and group package?
For monthly package, swimmers are to schedule to complete their 4 sessions per month irregardless of the month having fourth or fifth weeks.
For the term package, swimmers are to finish 12 sessions within 14 weeks.
For group classes , this is for bigger classes whereby lessons are to be conducted weekly, 4 times per month. There will not be a lesson in the fifth week.
What happens if I have something important and I might not be able to attend my private swim classes?
Just do update us at least 24hour in advance prior to the class, and we can arrange for a makeup class at another preferred time slot.
What happens if I have something important and I might not be able to attend my group swim classes?
Lessons will still proceed with the other students and charged as per normal.
What happens to the lesson if affected by bad weather?
We allow cancellations of class at least 1hour prior to the lesson. No charges to be made and we can arrange for a makeup at another preferred time slot.
What happens if it’s within an hour?
It’s within an hour, we have the right to charge a $20 transportation fee as the coach would already be on their way there. Thank you for your kind understanding.
What happens if bad weather strikes during the swim class?
If it occurs during lesson time, we can do land drills and stroke refinement and if the weather permits, can always re-enter the pool afterwards.
Are lessons paid in advance or after lessons?
Lessons are paid in advance.
When are payment dues?
Payments are to be made by every end of month, to provide for the 4 lessons in advance.
